St. Peter's Altar Society is an organization for the women of the parish community to foster care of the liturgical vessels and vestments used in the liturgy, provide for the decoration of the sanctuary and altar and provide an occasion for social activities and the growth of friendship. Meetings are held on the first Tuesday of each month at 7:00pm in the Altar Society room of the Parish Center. Watch the bulletin for the other special times and activities. We generally take the month of January and the summer off.  dues are $5.00 and are payable at the beginning of each year.
We are responsible for several fund-raisings to support our mission with the most popular being the St. Peter Altar Society Annual Bazaar. It's held in November  each year, at St. Peter Parish Center across Cherry Heights Road from St. Mary's Academy.
